How do you manage life and work as a multi-passionate creative? Tess McCabe is the ultimate “multi-passionate creative”. Starting out as a graphic designer Tess has worked as a freelancer, been employed my small and large businesses, focused on book designing and now manages her own publishing imprint.

In her “spare time” she also podcasts about multitasking parents and is the president of the board for a not-for-profit women’s organisation called The Creative Women’s Circle.

Tess has spoken at the Artful Business Conference in 2014 and is someone I have followed closely for a long time. Her work ethic and her gracious attitude have always been an inspiration to me.

In this episode we talk about life as a passionate creative. We discuss how and why to manage multiple (ready many and varied) income streams as well as how to manage kids, work and comparisonitis.

Have a listen and let me know what your big takeway was from listening to Tess and hearing how she juggles it all.
